Does anyone else have an issue where the exercise feature just stops working?

I start walk and set off but after a few minutes I look back at the watch and find it has stopped. 

No vibration or any other indication.

I start it off again and occasionally it'll stop again but not always.

Cannot seem to figure out why this is.  I have tried resetting but still this does not have any effect.

Thanks for trying to resolve the issue you’ve had with your Fitbit Sense before getting in touch with us.

 

The auto-pause feature automatically pauses a run or bike ride when you stop moving. Please try to turn off this feature to see if the issue is resolved. For instructions on how to navigate your Watch, please check the User Manual page 56.
