So, i was going in to register my interval workout today, bit Interval Workout is not among any options if i wanna manually add it in. How come?
Its probably due to there being a timed thing, only thing i can think of. In that case, what should i choose as an option?
I usually start the Interval workout on my Sense, but I didn't today because i wanted to check out a theory i had about accuracy. For some odd reason heart rate is more accurate when not running a program. Has always been the case for me.

If I walk and don’t start a workout, it is pretty accurate. When I’m in the gym and start a workout, it says I burn like a very small amount of calories. What annoys me is if I walk and decide to run, it wipes out my walk and just gets the run portion as a new workout.

A year ago (?), I asked a similar question. I wanted to know why there are so few “activity” options in the database. I’d like to track ALL my activities, but can’t. Anyone who’s ever operated a chainsaw, for example, knows it is some SERIOUS exercise. I got nothing. And the “activity” database is just as LAME today.
My wife plays pickleball. Is “pickleball” an activity option? No. Best Fitbit does for that is “sport”, which could be any of a hundred things. LAME.
Solution: At least give users the option to categorize activity to *anything they want*, a “custom” option. I’m sure we would ALL like to track our activities to see what we’re getting out of them.

@LHudson you can do that. Track it as Workout and then you can rename it to whatever you want.
