@Mannbrad What type of phone do you use, Android or iPhone? You are describing an app issue. I want to move your post to the correct app forum. This helps Fitbit see if users are having a new problem. Also, which version of the app do you have?
Also, when apps don't behave correctly, my first step is to delete the app, restart my phone, then re-download the app. Try that, too.
