Extended Warrenty

I received a sense as a Christmas gift. They also purchased the extended warrenty. How do I make sure that the warrenty is connected to my sense and my account?

Hi Wyoruby,

 

First off, the person who purchased the extended warranty should have received an e-mail confirmation of the extended warranty plan and terms and conditions.  Ask the person if they can forward you that e-mail. 

 

When I purchased my FitBit Sense, I took advantage of the extended warranty.  FitBit Sense uses All State/Square Trade.  They sent me an e-mail with the plan details and terms and conditions.
