I found a FitBit on Rockport Beach (Texas) this morning. Would like to return to owner. Found a phone number, sent a text, no reply. Has a picture on front. ANY help would be appreciated! Thanks!

What a wonderful person you are @TracyNTexas ! Get with customer support - phone or chat. They used to send out a shipping label so they can get the device to the owner, but I'm not sure how it works now. Could be the owner of the Fitbit wasn't sure if you were real or a scammer. Always having to be cautious, it might be why they haven't contacted you. Thank you for doing this. https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US
