Lost bike ride

I rode 12 miles on my bike yesterday. Used GPS and it fully recorded and showed all data in my Fitbit app when I finished and for several hours after.  Then it simply disappeared. Is there anyway to get it back?

Hi @colemom4 If the data successfully synced to the app then it should still be held on the Fitbit Servers. The problem may well be the app if this is the case. You could try uninstallingnthe app and then reinstall it and log back in to your account and hopefully the bike ride will show up. Fingers crossed for you

@colemom4 have you checked whether you can see it on the web dashboard (so that would mean the ride synced properly and the app is glitching).
