Had Ionic with fond phone feature. Don’t se it on my new Sense. NEED IT!

Hi @Arbedzc  - when you swipe the watch face to the left and keep swiping do you see the find my phone launch icon and all the others, like alarms?

 

If not, when you installed the watch did it do a firmware update?

 

Check which firmware version you have, it currently should be  44.128. 6 12

 

Even so you might be able to install it if it's not there.

 

In the Fitbit App

  • Click profile photo
  • Click device
  • Click Gallery
  • Click Apps tab, at the top
  • And search for it.
