I just got my fitbit sense, and am trying to set it up right now, but it is not updating the firmware. I tried using the internet, but it says that it can't connect for the update, but connects just fine before the update. And when I try using Bluetooth, it stays at 1% and won't change at all after an hour plus of it "updating". What should I do? I have tried using a kindle fire HD 10, then I tried using an iPhone, and neither worked.

Hi @ChillerKern - try turning off the Kindle and restart the watch and phone.
Make sure you are near the WiFi source which must be a 2.4 gHz one, and try again using WiFi as it will take over an hour with Bluetooth.

Thank you for your response. I was eventually able to get it to work using someone else's phone (which is newer than mine), however, whenever I tried using the WiFi, it said it was unable to connect, and I tried everything that I could think of, so I eventually just let it run overnight with Bluetooth and it worked eventually. Again, thank you for taking the time to reply.
