FitBit App w/ Sense - Time zone set automatically acted like disabled

I see this appears to be a common problem for folks, which admittedly I’m a little confused on why it’s a problem.

I travelled from Central Standard Time to Eastern Standard Time and now in Mountain Standard Time. Problem is my watch didn’t update to the new time zones like I would have expected. After browsing around here some, determined the app controls that (makes sense).

What was odd for me though is that the app was set to Automatically switch, but the Time Zone selected appeared to have the arrow indicating it could be changed (like it was in manual). When I toggled “Set Automatically” off and back on, warning dialog displayed then the arrow went away.

Positive for me is it fixed the issue, but wanted to share my observation with the app since it seems the app may have a bug in it that is requiring the prompt to be acknowledged before actually enabling automatic switch.

Thanks, its not working as it should, and as you state its a known problem, though still not fixed since quite some time.
