Fitbit App logging wrong swimming distance and has also broken previously recorded swims

Hi,

The Fitbit App is now logging the incorrect distance for every swim I do. When I finish swimming I check the length count on the watch itself, generally around 80 lengths of a 25m pool.

When the swim is logged on the App on my phone, it is generally recorded as somewhere between 50 to 300m. This is wildly incorrect.

If I edit the distance to the correct number, the app just reverts it to the incorrect figure.

I have checked and I have the correct pool distance set.

Also, every single previous swim logged in the App is now incorrect, going back 2+ years to when I got my Sense. I *know* these were previously correct.

Please fix!!

That's right, no replies, no fix.

I've checked this forum and there are multiple people reporting the same issue but no indication fitbit has any intention of fixing it.
