Since my Sense watch have been loaded with Firmware 44.128.6.21 few days ago, it is impossible to set the time and date on the clock and the ECG APP is no more operating. I always receive a notification to update an older Firmware 44.128.6.17 that fails to install. The communication between Fitbit App and Sence fails.

The only help that I got from Fitbit Support is a procedure to claim 50$. No technical solution have been proposed yet.
No Bluetooth and no Wi-Fi communication is established between Sense (Firmware 44.128.6.21) and the Phone (Fitbit App 4.36.1).
Is there a solution to return to previous versions (Sense Firmware 44.128.6.17) using a USB cable as a communication link?
