When I try enter my credit card (Westpac on Australia), it takes me all the way through, has me accept the agreement, and then I get an error "There was a problem verifying your card details with your financial institution. Please verify and try again."
I've been trying on and off for 4 days, hoping it was a temporary technical issue.
Westpac is listed as working with Fitbit Pay. How can I find out what the issue is?

Hi @dazzazza have you checked with your bank, too?
Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help.

No I haven't checked with the bank yet. I'm not even sure what to tell them. The error message contains no meaningful detail at all.
Is it possible to get more information on what the error is, so I know whether it's an issue with Fitbit, or if the error is coming from the bank?
And can you confirm for sure that Westpac credit cards should work?

Had the same issue with a revolut Card. Two verification SMS were not received, next try the 'contact your bank' Message appeared. As customer Service from revolut was not really fast/helpful, i deleted the Card completly from the wallet and added it again. It was auto filled this time but with two wrong characters behind my Postal Code. I did remove these. After that the SMS verification did work.

I had problems initially trying to add a second card to my wallet. I got the tip to force stop the app, clear the cache and then restart the phone. I just did a force stop of the Fitbit app and the wallet worked fine after that - worth a try if you've not already done so.

Thanks all, I have tried the suggestions but nothing seems to work. I've forced stop the app, restarted the phone. I've tried every combination of my name and address I can think of and nothing seems to work. I just keep getting the same error over and over again.
It is extremely frustrating, and not really sure where this leaves me now. It would be nice to get more information on the error other than "there was a problem"

Hi have you sorted this? I had the same issue and contacted them and they told me it was a random security check on their system and needed to be accepted by them.
