I purchased my fitbit sense from a local store (not directly from fitbit).
During setup I was offered an extended warranty. I didn't purchase at that time and I no longer see the ability to purchase.
I spoke to someone in support who said I would be offered the plan again on day 3 and day 11 of using the Sense.
Today is day 3 but I'm not seeing an offer . Anyone know if that information (day 3, 11) is accurate?

Hi @jkimrey customer support is generally correct on what they tell you. You can also go directly to a few places that offer the additional warranty, but it has to be done within 30 days of purchase. Assurion is one place people on the forums have mentioned.

Three days after I activated my Sense, I received a pop-up on the app offering the extended warranty. I closed the pop-up at that time. Don't know if another pop-up will occur 11 days after the activation, though.
