Have you tried cleaning the pins with some rubbing alcohol or electrical contact cleaner with maybe a soft bristle brush (toothbrush). Obviously make sure it is unplugged when you do this and dry it off before trying it. It's also worth trying to clean the contact points on the back of the Sense as these can collect dirt and debris.
If you still don't have any success after cleaning, then contacting customer support (here) will be the best option.
The springs on the charging pins could definitely do with being stronger, I agree. I think for you the best option is to contact customer support with the link posted above. Hopefully they will be able to replace it for you.

Hi @wenrenli - the problem may well repeat itself because they can be quite fragile - have a look at Main charging tips it might help them last longer.
