my phone and Fitbit since are not syncing together I have tried resetting the phone I've checked with my phone company and all is working in order and since this new update I haven't had data on sleep system and now the phone won't even sync with the app please help I have a Android phone Moto e6 it's been working for quite some time since I purchased the the watch and it was down once when the system was having trouble with the Android systems thank you

This is my second Fitbit Sence that is not working. The service has been lacking and the product is flawed

Has it been resolved? I am having the same issue. I bought the Sense yesterday, set it up, and synced my devices. Today, I woke up, and they had stopped syncing when I fell asleep. No sleep data. App is on my phone (Samsung), but the phone doesn't recognize it. Customer Support sent me a c & p of the troubleshooting page, but nothing applies to this particular problem. I'm glad this was a Costco purchase, because I'm probably on my way back with it.
