Hi @Cmcgrotty2456 - if you are using a special clock face try changing to a Fitbit one to see if it solves the problem.
Also try restarting your watch via Shutdown from the watch Settings menu.
Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart and charge it.
