I have not been awaken by my FitBit Sense in over a week. It used to work, and all of a sudden, the alarms don't even go off. I've rebooted, restarted, reprogrammed, resynced and it still tends to be dodgy.
I used to have a Versa and they alarms worked great,

I have the same issue. I deleted and re-created the alarm and it worked for about a week but today morning it did not go off at all. It seems to randomly stop working.

@searmstrong123, I've sent your information to the Customer Support team for further assistance with this, but was informed that you already have a case created or that you already got in touch with them.
@Tycoon, before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried the restart procedure as described here? In addition, please make sure the Sleep Mode and Do not disturb options are disabled on your watch's settings, as these features prevent the device from vibrating or receiving any notifications.

Yes I did restart it the issue is it does work most days but some days it just wont go off in the morning randomly, on another note i updated the sense to version 5.1.1 3 days ago and since 3 days the alarm seems to be working but i'll keep an eye on it for few days more to see if on any day it stops working.
