Fitbit Sense Bluetooth Connection question

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Recently moved from a Galaxy Watch to the Fitbit sense, I've been use to knowing when my galaxy watch connects and disconnects from my phone whether it by vibration or a notification symbol, I can't seem to see any indication of knowing when my sense is connected to my phone or not besides getting my usual text notifications etc. The Bluetooth pairing on my phone does not show it either. Is there a way of seeing this via the watch and on my phone too? Thanks.

Hi @ehansigno - in the latest firmware version there are status indicators which appear briefly if something is unusual otherwise you can assume it's connecting. See understand status indicators - you will have to scroll to that location.

Alternatively you can install the free SimpleCheckUp app. This will tell you when you last synced and if its connecting to the Fitbit App, directly on the watch, so you don't need to get your phone out and you can check for sure any time.
