When I attach my Fitbit Sense to charge keep getting message that's it's doing a slow charge and that I should connect to another source. Have done this multiple times. Currently connected to charging device connect directly to an outlet. Getting same message. Cleaned contacts on charger and back of Sense. Not sure what else I should do.

Have the same problem. Fitbit sense charging cord has gone bad on me several times. $25 bucks a pop. It sucks! They seriously need to upgrade their charging system. It's always one of the pins. They are spring loaded. One of the springs always breaks or quits working.

I don't believe it's my charger (I have two different ones - same problem). Contacted Fitbit and followed their instructions for making sure everything was clean and appeared to be undamaged. Spoke to them again this morning when their instructions didn't work. They've decided that it's the Fitbit, and since I'm still under warranty, will replace the unit. Hoping for the best.

I have the same problem with the charger. It seems it lasts about 2 months or so, then it either starts getting really picky about lining up the pins, and eventually stops working, or it just stops with no warning. In either case, it's always that one of the pins is either lower than the others, or flush with the magnetic square, and can't make contact with the watch. I'm to the point I'm thinking about buying a different tracker, because at this rate, it won't be long before I'll have as much money in chargers as I would in a new tracker! (If I'm not there already.) It also doesn't seem to matter if I purchase Fitbit chargers, or OEM. I have the same result with either.

I have the same problem. This is the worse Fitbit that I have ever bought. And it will be my last one. I have to squish the sense and the magnetic charger constantly together to get it to work. It has nothing to do with the cable or where it is plugged into. Every single night I go through this crap with this Sense. I will not pay another penny towards this product so if it totally stops charging then I will move onto a different product.

Hi, @mrmccoy , @SteveBfromtheUP , @gmarmy171 & @Tina_L , welcome. The issue with the 4 little pins in the charge cable puck is well-documented and I think everyone agrees it could have been designed better. Replacements are available from Amazon at a modest cost.
I find that the single step most likely to result in a successful charge is to clean the back of your "Sense" with rubbing alcohol (Isopropyl 70%) using a cotton wool swab and a cotton bud to detail the contacts where the pins locate. A further gentle "wiggle" of the puck ensures the pins are correctly engaged. It is easy to disturb the connection so once its charging place is gently on a horizontal surface.
I hope this helps.
Cheers

Same here. They sent me a new Fitbit and I haven't had any problems charging.
