Fitbit Sense Completely Overestimating

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I purchase a Fitbit Sense after using a reliable Fitbit Charge 2 for 3 years. The sense (at a nice price) is completely overestimating my calories and I believe steps for the day every day.

apparently I am doing 4,500 calories a day but that is more like 2,700 in reality without exercise.

I haven’t just came in here first time to complain about this but I researched and Fitbit were telling people to update their profile with accurate height and weight. This still isn’t working.

has anyone had this issue? Or is this just another big bug from Fitbit?

thanks

Probably just another bug. I don't even look at my calories burned anymore because I know it's not accurate. Steps aren't accurate either, along with so many other problems with the Sense. It's a dud. Should've kept my Samsung watch.

Like this is just an absolute disgrace - the watch is not fit for purpose and is misleading- all trust I’ve had in Fitbit is gone

what is the process for requesting a refund?
