Fitbit Sense Core Stats display issue

For a few weeks now my Fitbit Sense has been displaying some alphanumeric string codes on the core stats screen in place of the usual labels and units. See the below screenshot.

I have tried resetting the watch and syncing with my phone, but neither produced a change.

Is anyone able to help with this?

Hi @mirzmaster - it seems like there is a corruption in the operating system and you will need to do a factory reset and set it up again as when you first got it.

Thanks for this suggestion. Doing a factory reset worked although required me to setup the device from scratch.
