Fitbit Sense Device Lock Issue

I've enabled device lock on my Fitbit Sense, and selected that it lock when the device is taken of my wrist and every 24 hours. The problem I'm having is that when I take the device off my wrist, it doesn't lock. I've already tried changing the PIN and factory resetting my device. This problem is not specific to just my device either. We have about 10 Senses in my office, and none of the devices will lock.

 

Is this a known issue? Will there be a solution?

Hi, @Nick_Tindall, welcome, I use the wallet and have the same settings that you have. I need to enter my PIN every day at some stage to make a payment or enable a swipe from the clock face. If I just twist my wrist to see the time I do not get the demand for the PIN though it occasionally pops up while I'm swimming. How do I use the device lock on my Fitbit device? provides more information.

If I have taken my "Sense" off my wrist the PIN demand is not immediate but appears if I move the device (when it's on the charger)
