I went for almost 2-hour bike ride yesterday and power walk today, yet when I attempted to set the Exercise mode on my Fitbit Sense, it didn't work. Steps were recorded, but not distance in either of the days. Anyone else having the same issue?

I am having the same issue and have been unsuccessful in contacting anyone from the “help” department. Has your issue been resolved?

It has not. Nobody in Customer Service responded up till now. And mind you, I had this watch for less than 1 year. It's almost like they don't want to support prior versions, now that there is the Sense 2. This is not the first time I've had issues with Fitbit, and I had several models thought the years, but I'm done with the lack of response and accountibility. So I switched to Garmin. Good luck.

I'm having the exact problem! So frustrating - no solution yet.

I can no longer activate the exercise function either! When I hit the exercise button the running man icon moves to the middle of the screen for a brief second then the screen goes black. I can no longer select an exercise activity!

Update: did a live chat with tec support. Was told to do a factory reset. Settings, about sense, factory reset
It resolved the issue!!! 🙂
