Bought this watch 3 weeks ago, last night it went into the flashing logo loop, called FB and ran through trouble shooting and FB determined that the watch was defective, the rep,I might add was very condescending, seemed like the last thing on his mind was helping the customer. I was told I have to print out a label, take it to the UPS or Fedx wait up to 2-3 weeks I asked if the watch they are sending out was a refurbished I didn't hear him, I asked again and he said "I SAID NO"! I also asked can I just give you my CC and you can just send me out a new one, again no can do. Anyway the experience in a whole was not good. BB said they will return the watch. I can say I will never buy another Fitbit, wife and I have been FB users for over 10 years and this is the last time we will be going with FB..IMO the Sense is junk

I'm not sure if I would base everything on one bad device, however I do agree that Fitbit needs to rethink their replacement policy.
Last time, from a different company, I had an item replaced. They sent sent the replacement out, next day Fed-Ex handed me the package. I handed him the bad one. Fed-Ex took care of the packaging.
When I got the replacement. Phone, again, next day shipment with the return envelope. I had given them a CC and had 30 days to drop the old one at Fed-Ex. Used the same box to ship out.
