The ECG app on my Sense disappeared. I've restarted phone and watch, updated everything, disconnected Bluetooth and reconnected....Any suggestions?

Do you see it in the list of installed through the Fitbit app on your phone, you don't see the EGG?
Have you looked at all apps to see if the ECG app show as available?
If it is in the lust of installed apps, I would first force a sync of the Sense.
2nd thought is to remove the ECG app and reinstall.
