I just got the iPhone 12 (running iOS 14.1), and it will not connect to the Fitbit Sense. It previously connected without issue to my iPhone XS. I have followed all the guidance on resetting, charging, and turning bluetooth off and on. Is anyone else having this issue?

Yeah they just tried to tell me the reason why most of my features didn't work was I didn't have ios 14.1 I have 13.6. I have heard issues about 14.1 and didn't update yet. I am not buying the BS excuse since 14.1 wasn't even released until mid to late Sept to begin with.

I have my iPhone Xs Max on 13.3.1 and my fitbit sense connects to that phone fine. I run into problems when I try to connect my fitbit sense to my iPhone 12 Max on 14.1. I'm not sure which is the culprit, it's either it doesn't like 14.1, or it doesn't like iPhone 12. I know my fitbit sense is working since I can easily re pair it to my old iPhone. I feel like fitbit needs to update their app or something.

I had a lot of issues initially when trying 2 connect my Sense to my iPhone 12, which I’d upgraded from an iPhone X. In the end what I had 2 do (trial & error) was 1) Delete the Sense from within the Fitbit app, 2) Delete the Sense connection from within Bluetooth settings on the iPhone 3) Soft reset the Sense by pressing and holding the left ‘button’ until the Fitbit logo appears 4) Re-connect the Sense in the Fitbit app. I didn’t lose any data whatsoever and my Sense settings/layout were all retained. Hope it works 4 u!

I didn't do anything different, I just tried again one day and it synced
