Never had a fitbit before
I have a fitbit Sense, iPhone 13 Pro (not letting me connect)
Not letting me connect on my PC Bluetooth either! It fails after it asks me for the 4 digits!!
I have reset it for 10 seconds MANY times, and reset my phone, computer MANY times!

Welcome to the Fitbit community.
Fitbits are designed to connect and work with only devices that have the Fitbit app installed. It's not going to work with a computer.
On your iPhone, what happens when you go through the process of adding your Sense through the Sense app? Where specifically do you get stuck and cannot progress?

I recently purchased a Fitbit Sense and am experiencing similar primary activation pairing issue. This is not my first Fitbit tracker/watch and I’ve tried all the steps in the forums to trouble shoot issue. I’m trying to pair Fitbit Sense with iPhone 13 Pro Max and received error of “Something went wrong - there was an error while trying to pair your device”. I’ve attempted all of the recommendations listed in the forums from and even tried the activation process on secondary apple device (iPad Pro).
None of the following actions have resolved the pairing issue.
Restarted iPhone
Deleted/Installed Fitbit App
Restarted Sense
turned off all other Bluetooth devices
charged (100%) - activation attempted while charging
Any further recommendation in troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

I have the fitbit app on my PC 🙂
The second it says "sense found" it asks for a 4 digit pin, then it messes up once I enter the pin 😞
It gives me the option abort, and nothing else. Says failed!

@forestcitysites Hmm that's interesting about the Windows app. I honestly wasn't aware of it but don't think it's a common way to sync Fitbits.
The description does mention a "wireless sync with USB dongle" so I don't know if it's talking about the USB charger or something else.
So when you put the pin into the iOS app, you're getting the same error as on the Windows app?
