See How do I manually log exercises in the Fitbit app?
but I recommend using the Exercise App to record workout in real time instead of manually adding it afterward.

My workout is showing up on the app showing zone minutes steps calories burned etc. however it is not in the exercise for the week. So it’s not counting today in my number of days per week exercises. Any help?
