During light activities my Sense will indicate a heart rate of 140 to 150 while a chest strap heart monitor registers a heart rate of mid 80’s. This throws off the zone minutes of course. It probably affects the calories burned calculations too. That, along with the known problems with the floors climbed, make the Sense virtually useless for a workout device.
