Fitbit Sense - Remove Spotify, Deezer and Coach

Does anyone have any idea on how to uninstall (permanently remove) Spotify, Deezer and Coach app, from the watch it self?

Using the Fitbit app->Sense->Apps->My Apps, tap on the app you wish to uninstall, such as Deezer or Coach, to open the app description, then tap on Uninstall.  Some apps cannot be uninstalled, but those that can will have the Uninstall link visible.

I used the Android phone app to remove a few including Deezer.  Go to Account-Devices and then Apps.  Under My Apps you can select the app you want to remove and that option should be available.
