I have a Fitbit Sense where the settings menu doesn't work. I see settings on the lists of apps, but it doesn't have a gear. When selected, the fitbit locks up. Is there a way to factory reset the Sense without using the settings menu?

Hi, @acp333 welcome to the community, restart your "Sense" by squeezing the side button for about 20 seconds until the logo appears and then release it. After about 30 seconds the clock screen should be up & running again. If you are still stuck please post here again.

Hi, @acp333 In your Fitbit app on your phone "Today" screen touch your icon in the top left corner>"Sense" tile>Gallery>"Sense" tab>swipe up to and touch "Settings">make sure it is installed. Return to "Today" & sync.
