Hello. I have had my fitbit sense since October. As of last week, the touchscreen has been glitchy. At first, the touchscreen would not register taps at all. Then, it started registering taps even when not on my wrist. It would spam taps, like changing the screen and swiping and opening tabs. I've tried restarting it and resyncing it. Every now and then it will go back to normal, but it keeps going between a cycle of these two things. I tried to use the live chat for help, but it says that the site address does not exist. Does anyone know how to solve this or how to get a hold of the live chat because it will not let me?

Hi @SeanBremer,
Unfortunately, the only way to get to the Live chat is by going to the Help Section on the Fitbit site and selecting the "Live Chat" option. Yes, the site does exist, as I have it open on another tab on my laptop and the Live Chat is showing as an option as I type this. I don't know why it's not showing for you, are you in another country outside the US? (I'm not sure if that's the reason it's not showing, but it may be worth a shot)
As for the screen, I know that you restarted it, which is a great first step. Have you done a complete shutdown of the watch to see if that helps? Just place your finger over the sensor on the left hand side of the watch for about 10 seconds and release.

Hi. The live chat is working now. I did try that too yes. I met with someone who had me do a factory reset and it stopped the constant registering (like it was not stopping at all before) but it is still going. It seems to be the upper left corner that has the problem because when an app randomly opens its the one on the upper left.
