My fitbit Sense will not turn on or charge. I tried cleaning it and getting a brand new charger and neither work. Any tips or tricks on how I can resolve this? I am outside the warranty window but I just started using it again after not using it for a bit.

I used it a few times and I just feel like it looks brand new still how can it be this damage.

I have had my sense for a while now and I really like it and depend on it.
I had charging issues before and the pin on the charger was bad... Make shift fix: used aluminum foil as a conduit between the watch and pin. Worked well. Got new chargers and they were working fine.
Yesterday my watch stoped charging died completely last night. Now, I'm getting no indication it is even trying to charge but I know there is connection because it is when I hold the button it vibrates a little. I am (of course) out of the country for an extended amount of time and I'm not sure what to do. I was hoping I would find a forum with an answer.
I guarantee that if I can't find a solution I will not be purchasing another Fitbit at this price.

Ok. I don't know if this will help you but I rebooted my watch and it is working now. Hold the button down for at least 10 seconds. I felt mine vibrate when I first pushed the button. When you release you should see the Fitbit symbol and my watch turned on and has a fully charged battery.
I bought my watch in Oct of 2021 so I have had it for less than 2 years. I feel like the charging issues are ridiculous and have caused more frustration than I would have hoped for a $300 watch. I can't say for certain that I would make this purchase again.

I agree. I just cannot get through to anyone ...it is so very frustrating. I have a similar problem - can't get beyond the logo screen.

I'm done with FitBit! My Sense died yesterday! It was working fine, I charged it and when I took it off the charger the screen looked like different colored static and had some lines, then it died. Now, it won't start even when it's on the charger and I hold the side button for 10 seconds. This is literally the FOURTH different FitBit this same issue has happened to me over the past few years. Each FitBit lasted roughly two years and then this same issue happened. The first time it happened, I called customer service and they replaced it for me. But, now you can't even get anyone on the phone. I will never buy any FitBit products ever again, they're total garbage and a complete waste of money! I have the Aria 2 scale, which is now useless to me because it's only compatible with the FitBit device. I actually thought the quality of the products would improve after Google bought the company, but no! I just ordered an Apple Watch and a new scale from Amazon and will be receiving them on Sunday. FitBit/Google sells garbage products and essentially just steals your money.

My Sense stopped charging and won't turn on. Just about 2 weeks or so over warranty. Per customer service they CD an not do anything except offer a dia discount. Why would I spend more money on another obe! Very DISAPPOINTED with their service and product. This was my 3rd Fitbit. I will definitely tell people to try another brand.

Had trouble many times getting to charge and of course now nothing. I was hoping they would change the type of charger. I won't be buying another one. I hope them pairing with Google has nothing to do with this issue.
