My Fitbit Sense stopped working about 12 hours ago. Screen is black and device is unresponsive. I have tried charging fully. I have tried pressing the side button for 10+ seconds (even up to a minute). I have tried pressing the side button for 10+ seconds AND charging at the same time. Are there any other suggestions? This is extremely frustrating as the device is only ~ 6 weeks old. Thank you in advance for the help!

It is probable that the battery is just flat and charging is not doing anything as some chargers are known to be faulty.
Have a look at the suggestion posted here to check if its actually charging.
As its under warranty probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

Mine did the same, just today. About the same age on the device. I noticed that my aftermarket charger isn't as magnetic as the stock charger. Note that the charger is directional and is magnetically orienting. I reverted to the shock charger and ensured it seated properly, then let it charge for a couple of hours. I removed from the charger and firmly held down the left button only for 10-15 seconds and was pleasantly surprisde when it powered up and displayed the fitbit logo. There was no feedback or (buzz) until it fully booted up. I'm looking to remove any aftermarket clock faces in case they're the cause of the lockups.
Good luck and I hope this helps.

Thanks for the info.
Please note that going to Settings on the watch, at the bottom there is a Shutdown. It is a good way to cleanly stop the watch.
Then wait 10 seconds before restarting it.
Merely pressing the button again or putting it on the charger will restart it.

Your tracker should give a little vibration when hooking up the charger. This vibration may be the only confirmation that the unit is properly plugged in and charging.

Mine did the same too today after having it for about 6 weeks. The screen is just stuck on the fitbit logo and the device is unresponsive to all combinations of pushing the side button for various times while charging and not charging. The app told me to unpair it because it is non-responsive. This didn't help and it won't repair.
