Fitbit Sense and Mi True Wireless Earphones 2 basic won't pair

Hi,

I got my new Fitbit Sense today (upgrade from Fitbit Versa) and I can't pair my earphones to my watch. I do it according to the instructions: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2257.htm but I get 'Connection has failed'. Earphones can pair with other devices (no problems there) and I can pair different earphones with my fitbit also. But I want to use my Mi True Wireless Earphones - I got them for christmas, brand new and perfect for running. Can you help me?? I don't want to buy new ones 😞

This is my first day with new fitbit and I am disappointed... I can't use ecg in my country (don't know why because Poland is on the list: https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/ecg) and now this earphone issue...

@joannaa.23 have you tried clearing paired device on your earbuds (according to user manual), rebooting and reconnecting? About ECG - what's exactly the problem?

Hello,

Have you found a solution? I have the same problem, always: connection failed.

Thank you in advance,

Mircea

There is only one way to pair: open the box, keep 3 sec on one ear pod, the light starts blinking every second and it is in paired more. I can connect them to the smartphone, laptop etc, except Fitbit sense. After waiting a lot for deezer to fix the " can't connect to the server problem", now this problem. It is getting hilarious...
