Fitbit Sense assistance

I have a question Ms Julia Ms Cassy and Mr Chris T and the team. Where did my fitbit go. You have received My fitbit on the 8/5/2022 and till today I haven received any updates.  I know Julia and Cassy had a very bad attitude on the phone. And you Mr Chris T and the team. Trying to cover and haven't done your part. Been a customer I am not getting 5/5 service it unprofessional service.  I rate this service 1/5. Chris T and team. Where is my fitbit if you can't send my money back.

Hi @Raj01  you posted on the community forums, where we're just people who use the Fitbit devices. You'll need to get with customer support as only they can answer your questions. I can tell you, from other posts on the forums, that once it is received at the warehouse, it has to be inspected to be sure the required returned components are in the package. After that, they send your replacement, based on what is available in their current stock.

Send a gift card or something so I can go buy another one if your team can't do work right  it'd not my problem.  I need my watch for my money. If your factory fault I was told and I have the e mail by "Chris T and team " instead that the warehouse will receive by 8/5/2022. I hope you don't re send the damaged one again. Been sending in emails  since 7/28/2022. I don't get replies till I call and ask. Listen to the call the cassy the way she was putting me on mute with telling me. And when Julia took the call she was not happy with me. I can hear the attitude. Who's suffer the customer.  You guys just enjoy.  So try and get the job done rite don't make customers suffer since 7/28/2022 till today 8/9/2022. No updates till I follow up.

@Raj01  I don't work for Fitbit. There are Fitbit Moderators, but they will only refer you back to customer support. These forums are not customer support. Get with support at the link above.

Well  I am updating so everyone can read how rude the customer service representative is.  I spoke to Maria she put me on mute and the second time I called Manuel he should get my name right and told that I have a strong accent so he can't understand and help. I called back again  spoke to Morgan  she help and transfer to someone  name Kevin he was not that help. So seems like I am getting my old one back after they fix it. So if people are buying Fitbit it's seems like a waste of money.  NO HELP
