My Fitbit sense is synced to my android device but it’s only lasting two days or so, can you help?

Hi, @Chadder , welcome to the community, your battery stamina depends on how much you are doing with your "Sense". The most recent new addition to functions (the Snore Report) does drain the battery as the microphone is on all night How do I track my sleep with my Fitbit device? provides more detail and advice. Using the GPS also increases drain. I use my "Sense" during a daily swim of 90 minutes, regular daily movement and an hour walk in the afternoon, this usually results in a 20/30% drain in 24 hours. If you are using the Snore report it will be much more.

I hope this helps.

Cheers

Battery life is absolutely awful. Only getting a couple of days out of a watch that’s only a few months old. After purchasing fitbits for years this is the last time for me and I’ll go elsewhere next time.

I’ll update this later. Yesterday I called tech support….This is what he suggested the following….reset the watch by holding the button for 12 seconds…you see the Fitbit emblem….Next he said to uninstall the app and then reinstall it…I think the Sense reset is a soft reset so not much changes…The same occurs with the app.  Ok in ONE day the charge is at 90%….I’ll update if it helps and see if  it charges longer. Good luck everyone….2-3 day charge max is definitely not acceptable.

I just disabled the snore and noise toggle.  Lol…I keep the TV on and I have 4 beagles….I bet this switch and noted in my reply will improve charge life….Thank you!

It depends on how you use your Sense. I use mine for calls, texts, and daily activity. I can get usually 4+ days of battery life, and even then, by Day 4, it drops to about 50% battery life.

@Indyguy Turning off snore and noise detection will definitely improve your battery life. Also another big battery drain is the night time spO2 tracking. If it's not something you find useful, I'd recommend uninstalling the SpO2 app from your Sense. You should see a noticeable difference.
