Anyone else have this problem with sense charger cable. Spring on one of the contact points is broken. Now my device won't charge. Is this a warranty issue? Device is less than 12 moths old.

I've got the same problem with the exact same pin on my charger. I've read a few other threads on the community forum that have the same problem (with the same pin). This the second charger I've had fail in this manner, given the high number of identical issues it's way too common for it to be a random fault. There's either a design or manufacturing issue with the charger, Fitbit needs to fix it and send a replacement out to all Sense and Versa 3 owners. I've resorted to a 3rd party charger now, I only hope it's better than the Fitbit OEM product. It can't be much worse.

If your watch is still under warranty, 1 or 2 years depending on country law, request a replacement charge cable, via the Fitbit App chat, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
Otherwise you can get them online, the 3rd party one I got seemed to be more sturdy.

I have a sense that is 15 months old and I just requested my third replacement charger. The first one lasted 4 months, next one lasted 3, and this one has somehow lasted 8 months. One of the pins will get stuck down and no amount of cleaning the watch or charger pins fixes it. I’m now outside of my warranty but they agreed to send me another cable for free since this is a recurring issue.
It’s clearly a design flaw - the watch is meant to be worn during exercise (I.e. sweaty), but relies on you keeping these tiny recessed contacts perfectly clean so all the pins can connect to charge. I’d love to see them redesign the Sense with a magnetic surface charger like the Apple Watch has, or even the kind that was on the original fitbits that clamped on—this design is bound to keep failing and it’s really disappointing, because I otherwise love using the watch.
