Hi everyone
I wore my fitbit sense last night to bed and i changed the clock face to the SpO2 the app says I only slept 3 hours but I know I slept longer than that.
It's been hours since I have been awake and the watch face now says it couldn't read SpO2. I was looking around and fitbit said you need at least 3 hours or quality sleep. My sleep score was poor apparently. Do you think that had something to do with it?
Thanks

@steveojp I hope you are doing fine.
Let me help you with your Sense not showing your SpO2 reading. Yes having a low score may affect as it may point to a small amount of sleep and being restless during your sleep. You can read what affects this reading in this help article.
Let me know how it goes.

@AlvaroFitbit Great thanks!!
Last question do you know by chance when you click the exercise app on the sense if you can edit those selected excercises? I can't find anywhere how to remove one and add a different one.

@steveojp will gladly help you with your inquiry.
If you are referring to the exercise list on the Fitbit Sense you can edit this from the Fitbit app to change what are the 7 main exercises. You can check the instructions in this help article.
Keep me posted.

@AlvaroFitbit Great thanks again!
I promise last questions.
So when I am on a screen I can't go back to the previous screen when I hit the side button it takes me back to the home screen. Is there something I have to set up for that?
This has happened twice already. My sense randomly restarting. One was during a workout and the other time was right now randomly.
Thoughts?

@AlvaroFitbit looks like others are having the random restarts also it’s probably just a bug in the Fitbit OS or something. I doubt all of ours are defective.

I'm having the same problem with mine ... I've tried rebooting it ... I've removed the face and reinstalled it ... I get 6 to 9 hours of sleep and sleep scores in the 80s but its now 3 nights that the Spo2 isnt working

@AlvaroFitbit I don't think that's the answer to the "couldn't read Spo2" error. My Spo2 variation shows up fine in the sleep detail, it's just the watch face that isn't able to read the percentage values. Can you please ask the devs to fix this? And frankly, just get rid of the silly watch face requirement to begin with. We shouldn't have to select a specific watch face just to see the percentage Spo2, especially since it's recording the data regardless of whether the watch face is installed.
