Fitbit Sense damaged screen

New fit bit owners, purchased 4 at Christmas time. Couple days ago saw my screen is cracked,  have no idea on what it bumped or how it happened.  Contacted support to see how to get it repaired and was basically told that I am sh*t out of luck.

Yes I would like warranty as I have no idea how it happened but at least a response on how to repair it.

This one also had a protector on it as well,  wish I would have read these forums before my purchase as it would have swayed my decision.

Now I have one new junk sense and 3 other that will probably follow suit.

Oh well know better now not to support fit bit again.
