Sense google assistant does not work

I bought the watch today and I just found out that Google Assistant does not work. I feel cheated, when will it work?

@SunsetRunner - while we don’t have any timetables, it seems to be likely that it will be compatible in the future since Google recently acquired Fitbit.

Misleading advertising in Spain. I have paid € 329 for a phone that does nothing, the mobile application does not work well and it is a nuisance that it is reminding me several times a day that I have to configure my wallet.

@SunsetRunner I'm very sorry for the experience. Is the message to configure the wallet on the Fitbit App? If so, I recommend logging out from the mobile App and back in. If that doesn't work, please restart your mobile device.

when will google assistant be available in france, spain or germany? Early 2021 is not really tangible.

Currently, we don't have a specific date when Google Assistant will be available in France. I understand how much you'd like to use this feature and I'm sorry for this inconvenience. My best recommendation is to keep an eye to the Help Forums or the Press Release for future updates about this or any other feature availability. Please know that our team is always working to enhance your experience with the Sense and your feedback is a big part of that process.

The point is, most of us, just bought it for this feature. May be, most of us are worried about when I bought mine, Fitbit printed in the packing of the fitbit sense "google assistant will be available lately 2020" (remember?), [I still have mine] now, early 2021. Are you sure we´ll be able to use lately 2020? even more, we´ll be able to use early 2021 or... may be better lately 2021.

I just asked them, If only they didn´t printed "google assistant will be able lately 2020" ¿what means lately? this day, the day before yesterday, in a week... 

As Ludwig Wittgenstein says, “Whereof one cannot speak, thereof one must be silent.". They forced us being thinking a way to incite buying it? The point is that at least, mine, they keep been Fitbit properly (its hard to say but i use a gamin smartband to play sport)

If Fitbit "don't have information about when Google assistant will be available in France, Germany, Spain and other countries" Why on earth ensured us in October last 2020 that it will be available last 2020. Fitbit knows they don't be trust even more, I'll ask u, please stop saying next customers what you says in "https://www.fitbit.com/global/es/technology/voice" at leaste until it'll be available.

Absolutely agree!!!!! Fitbits communication and broken promises for features are a total mess!!! Fitbit should definitely improve on that point and clarify the dates!!!

Every time I go out of the Fitbit app I lose connection to the Google Assistant. Fitbit app says it's not connected. This Sense has so many bugs that I'll never ever buy another Fitbit device. It's one thing after another. It was losing Bluetooth connection all the time and I had to factory reset the watch. Got that fixed and now the Google Assistant loses connection every time I leave the Fitbit app, even though all battery optimizations are turned off for the Fitbit app on my Pixel 4 XL. The Sense has just been one problem after the other. I connect the Google Assistant in the Fitbit app, go back to my home screen, go back to the Fitbit app and tada! Google Assistant not active. Connection lost. Such a stupid problem to have. Didn't Google just buy Fitbit and can't even get the Google Assistant to stay connected? I give up on the Sense. It just doesn't work right. Honestly, it never really has. There's always been a problem with it of some sort.

Google Assistant has been added for awhile now but still won't connect to the watch. Every time I leave the Fitbit app the Google Assistant disconnects from the Fitbit app and my watch. Go figure.. This watch is a lost cause and has been. If it's syncing right, then it's not changing time zones. If it's doing those two things then the Google Assistant is disconnecting or it's counting way too many steps and so on and so forth. Sense 👎🏻👎🏻

Google assistant used to work on my sense, but I started having the same problem as you these few days. Google assistant disconnected shortly after setting up in the phone app.  I do not have any issue with Alexa however
