One week ago my Fitbit Sense started losing time even when fully charged. I have owned it since Christmas 2021.

Hi @Snoozn  - first sync then restart the watch with a full Shutdown from the watch Settings menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

Restart the phone and sync again to reset the time.

If this does not resolve the problem the watch may be faulty, but there are 2 more steps you could try.

  • Change to another clock face and see
  • Do a factory reset from the watch Settings About Sense menu. Wait several minutes for it to complete. Then set up the watch as you did when new.

If the watch is faulty the quickest way to resolve it is to take it back to where you bought it for replacement under warranty.

What do you mean by "sync"?

@Snoozn- in the Fitbit App when you open it there is a sync status bar at the top which shows it's syncing status and when synced - basically transferring the latest data from the watch to the app.

When I open the app on my iPad there is no status bar. When I open the app
on my iPhone I get a message to check that my email and password are
correct. It won't let me log in, so how do I check that they are correct.
there's no way to see the password.
