I bought this a week back. My first non apple purchase as it seemed comparable and better. So disappointed! The spO2 app won’t get installed! Tried all suggested tricks. No use. Any ideas? All my updates done.

Hi, @Milibask, welcome to the community, you may find this article useful How do I track blood oxygen saturation (SpO2) with my Fitbit device? I know it's a long article but I recommend you check through it carefully.

I am having the same problem. Don’t know how many times to reset. It’s either the charger or this spO2
