Fitbit Sense doesn't shows heart rate graph

I have a Samsung s20, android 10

The issue started when I first set up the Sense this past Monday , would not show bpm on the graph but show bpm on main screen,tried everything then on Sat the graph showed up with out doing anything and everything looked normal until Sunday then the phone would not sink with the sense.

Had to reset or force close the Sense, had to do this 3 times during the day until Monday morning as it would not sync at all.

Set the Sense to factory setting and reload Fitbit app, working okay now but now again it will not show graph.

I only had the sense for 7 days and it is very frustrating , when it did work it was what I was looking for in tracking my health

Let me help you with your missing heart rate graph and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Where are you seeing this data (on the Fitbit app or on the Sense itself)? I noticed some outlook links but they didn't contain anything. Could you add the pictures on to the Community itself by using a web browser on a computer? If the missing data is on the Fitbit app try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

To answer your question, i tried everything you suggested and more, still nothing

After I rebooted (factory setting) on the sense and reloaded the Fitbit app this is what it showed , "no measurement"

2hrs later,  now showing some data and nothing was done to both watch and smartphone

As noted it shows only Sat and Sunday, nothing is showing for todays numbers (Monday) but at least I have some data to work with, maybe tomorrow it will show Monday

At least for now it is syncing without any issues but who is to say it does it again tomorrow.
