Fitbit Sense flipping between screens without touching it

My fitbit sense keeps flipping between screens without touching it and ecg is doing some wierd stuff too

Try restarting the Sense by pressing and holding the button for around 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears. It does no harm and can sort out all sorts of issues.

I tried that and it continues to do the same thing

The restart is the only real tool we users have so it's probably best to contact customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options. You can get them via contact.fitbit.com
