After being on two two different chargers for two days, my Sense won’t move past the Fitbit logo. How can I get it to start working again? My husband had the same Fitbit and both the chargers work on his unit. Thanks for your help.
Try restarting by using the button:
hold down button for ten seconds or so until the Fitbit logo returns and then release. Let it process.
Is it synced to the app so you can see the current charge rate?
Unfortunately, I did not mention in my post that I already tried the reset button several times with no luck. The app continues to look for but not find the Fitbit. I’m sure the unit is at zero charge by now. Thank you for the response. Greatly appreciated.
