I was so happy to buy the fitbit Sense, however starting to regret it. I find myself having to charge it every other day. Got this as a Xmas present for myself. Thought it was supposed to keep charge for 6 days. What am I doing wrong here? Anyone else has an issue with this?
It is synced with my Samsung phone.

Hi @Soso72 - you are not doing anything wrong, it's a mixture of issues affecting many people since a recent update, as you will see on the forums.
However you can reconfigure it to do better. Check How to resolve the Major issues causing short battery life.
You should be able to get the 6 days but not with all the features - the SpO2 tracker app uses about 2 days battery on its own and can be removed.

Hi there,
I've had my Sense for well over two years and had no issues with it. Even with All the supposed things that could be causing battery drainage, I used to get at least 5 days worth of charge. (my device is set to save battery by minimising the things that use a lot of power)
On Dec. 29 I charged my Sense and on Dec 31 I had to put it on charge again. (went from 100-14% in 2 days!)
Again, I charged it on Jan 2, 2022 (yesterday) and already it is at 67%.
There is something else going on...Having to shut down and restart the smart watch is not the best solution if this is going to happen all the time. Resetting it will delete ALL your previous information and results...
If the issues are connected to the the mobile App or any updates they have made to the device, then Fitbit needs to address these issues asap.

HI @Rebelrazz - the cause of the sudden battery drain is most likely due to a update for it to affect so many people at the same time, though until it's fixed you can only work around it. In all probability it is the Fitbit App as it affects across different watch models.
