Was quite impressed by my friend's Versa 3 and ordered a Sense thinking I could make use of the AF function. Well, what a palaver. It's going straight back after two failed updates, two factory resets and about 4 hours wasted researching what was wrong with it. Take my advice and don't bother.

@Brian_H0801 - Did you contact Fitbit Support? I would suggest doing that before returning the product. On a side note - This feature is only available in certain countries. And it is only available to users 22 or older. Not sure if that would affect you.

Thanks Carol but given the huge number of people with this issue on this forum I'm returning this faulty product to its maker. It should never have been released in this condition, and wasting more time doing what I've already been doing is just insane.
