I have followed all the troubleshooting tips, restarted sense, updated all that needed, but still not getting notifications, when I first brought it I was getting the notifications, but just stopped working

Are you using an iPhone? If so, did you recently update the operating system?

Thank you for the information and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. Adding to @SunsetRunner's post. I also recommend making sure that Sleep Mode or DND aren't activated. Note that you can't have both settings activated at the same time, but when any of these settings are activated:

Both my dnd and sleep modes are on. How can this be changed? I don't get any notifications. I'm about done with this sense!
