So I have just got a Fitbit Sense watch, bought second hand. I am trying to put it on my account, however although it finds the watch, it then asks to copy the 4 digit code from the watch to the phone. This unfortunately is 4 dashes, which is not what is required. I have tried resetting the watch 3 times etc but to no avail. Every time it shows the dashes only. Anything else I can try?

That suggests that it's prompting you for a PIN. Are you able to contact the seller to get it?

The watch should show a pin, this is then copied onto your phone. Still nothing showing today.

I was just wondering if the watch was protected by a PIN, whether you need to enter it before it will show the 4 digit number

No the PIN is required to pair it via Bluetooth to my iPhone. I note from previous questions that this is one that seems to be unanswerable unless Fitbit know what it should be. Without being able to pair I can’t update the watch time or any accessories. It’s not even heavy enough to use as a paperweight!
